Worship: Prayer for the preacher

Give thanks for those whom God has gifted to open God’s Word in preaching each week. Ask that he will help them to do so with faithfulness and in a form which readily speaks into our lives today.

Moderator

Pray for the Moderator who will be visiting a multi-national congregation (including members of the Malawian community) today as part of the morning service at the Abbey congregation in Dublin - minister, Rev Alan Boal. Pray that it may be a time of encouragement for all in that community as the Moderator preaches at their Sunday service and enjoys fellowship over a meal.
