Across this island it is clear that communities are increasingly multi-cultural as people seek to make Ireland their home, having travelled here for all sorts of reasons. Many congregations in PCI are responding in creative and meaningful ways to welcome newcomers.
Welcoming the Stranger will offer the opportunity to come together with others in PCI to share practice and stories from a variety of contexts.
Paul Lutton (Newtownbreda Presbyterian) will outline the importance from the Bible of welcoming others and Jason Roach (Director of Ministries, London City Mission) will be helping us think about sharing the gospel through practicing hospitality.
Welcoming the Stranger is on Tuesday 26 January 2027 from 7-9.30pm in South Kirk Presbyterian Church, Belfast.
