‘All the days of my life’ is a six-session resource produced by PCI in partnership with Faith in Later Life. It is designed as a light-touch, evangelistic tool for use with those in later life.
Using Psalm 23 as its foundation, the resource helps participants reflect on God’s presence through all stages of life, encouraging a response of faith and trust in Jesus, the Good Shepherd.
It can be used individually, in small groups or within settings such as churches, residential facilities, or private homes.

The Format of each session
Each of the six sessions follows a simple and repeatable pattern:
- Beginning with a verse (or verses) from Psalm 23
- A strong visual image to spark conversation and connect text with life
- An open question to invite reflection on aspects of life story
- A short reading highlighting God’s presence across life’s seasons; in the past, present or future
- An introduction to Jesus as the Good Shepherd through New Testament passages
- Closing with a short prayer that can act as both personal response and a step towards faith
